  1. Applicant must be Malaysian only.
  2. Applicant age must from 21 to 65 years old only.
  3. Minimum Gross Salary is RM 36,000 per annum.

Requirement of document to get ready before submit application

  1. Copy of NRIC front & Back in a sheet.
  2. 6-months latest of EPF statement.
  3. 6-months latest of payslip.
  4. The latest of CCRIS Report. (kindly request your CCRIS report from here.)
  5. The latest year of Income Tax report.
  6. If the latest EPF statement is not available, please provide latest 6-months pay slip & latest 6-month salary credited in the bank statement.

  2. Copy of NRIC front & Back in a sheet.
  3. Business Registration Certificate or Form 9, 24, & 49.
  4. Latest 6-month company’s principal current account statements.
  5. The latest year of Income Tax report.
  6. The Profit and Lost statement for auditor.
